Here are a few common issues encountered on all web sites: Using "Safari" browser and things do not look right? We use frames in many places because it makes it much easier for our visitors to view numerous pages easily. It is not because our site is not working properly. It is almost always because the page or graphic was corrupted when downloading from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to you. This bad file is then in your computer's memory "cache" and everytime you try to view the page it is coming from your cache instead of a new download from our server to your ISP to you. Click this test button here and a small window should pop up. This window should fill with text. To fix: go to the TOOLS tab on your browser. Then depending on the browser - click "internet options" or "clear private data" or other term for cached files. Then close out your browser windows and restart it. When you then visit a web site like ours, all the corrupted files are gone and you will download new ones from the server. There are primarily three reasons why this would happen.
Browsers may vary in the exact sequence and wording, but here is how "scripting" is enabled and disabled in Internet Explorer Version 6.0. Other browsers should be very similar.
1.Click "Tools", and then click "Internet Options" or "Options". You can drag the new window to the side so you can see the following steps.
