- Unlike wood and vinyl wet mop cleaners, Maintain does not leave streaks.
- Removes streaks left by other cleaners.
- Pulls dirt from grout joints.

Insta-Clean was originally developed many years ago for restaurant floors. It immediately dissolves greasy spills and wipes up without a slippery residue, thereby eliminating table down time.
